I find that it’s best to give yourself room for a bit of flexibility when it comes to many things in life. The keto diet is a great example for this. Most days I tend to keep my carb intake low, but I also allow myself the odd day to indulge in some higher amounts.
For those days where I do slightly up my carb intake, bagels are one of my go to foods to make. I don’t go full on cheat meal though. Instead, I make keto bagels!
