I’m a huge fan of trying out all kinds of international dishes. Out of everything I’ve tried, Mexican cuisine is easily one of my favorites ... especially anything you can make with tortillas. There are so many different kinds of foods you can make using tortillas, and all of them are 100% delicious. Seriously, think about it – tacos, quesadillas, enchiladas ... the list of ridiculously good meals made with tortillas goes on and on.
Normally, tortillas are made with maize flour, which is quite high in carbs and obviously not ideal for anyone on a ketogenic diet. Thankfully, there are tons of ways you can make them by swapping out the maize for more keto-friendly ingredients.
I’ve literally tried dozens upon dozens of homemade keto tortilla recipes since beginning my keto journey, and today I’m incredibly excited to share this list of the 12 best keto tortilla recipes with you guys.
#1 Low Carb Tortillas
You actually have quite a few options to use as replacements for corn maize when it comes to making keto-friendly tortillas. This particular recipe goes with coconut flour which works great because it provides an abundance of healthy fats and dietary fiber to your tortillas.

These homemade tortillas are terrific for making keto-friendly tacos (and a variety of other tasty Tex-Mex foods). The tortillas are made with a combination of both almond and coconut flour, plus a few other clever ingredient choices. The end result are tortillas that are quite addictive indeed!
